Our soothing Reishi mushroom tea blend is crafted according to traditional Chinese medicine recipes. It combines dried Reishi mushrooms, ashwagandha root (Withania somnifera), wild licorice root (Astragalus glycyphyllos), angelica (Angelica archangelica) Ceylon cinnamon, and ginger. To prepare, simply steep 1 tablespoon (8-9g) in 500ml of water for 10-15 minutes, then let it steep for an additional 10-15 minutes. For an extra boost of flavor, add a slice of lemon or a drizzle of honey. For a next brew, re-steep the tea up to two more times using the same method. Reishi mushrooms are grown by us.
