We ship all orders from the EU and deliver worldwide. Below you’ll find key information about our shipping process, timeframes, and responsibilities.

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Costs

Shipping options and prices are shown at checkout, based on your location and order size.

We offer both standard and tracked shipping where available.

Free or reduced shipping may apply for qualifying orders (details shown at checkout).

3. Delivery Times (Estimated)

Within EU: 3–7 business days

UK & Europe (non-EU): 5–10 business days

USA & Canada: 7–15 business days

Rest of World: 10–20 business days

Please note that these are estimated timeframes and may vary due to customs processing, local delays, or postal service conditions.

4. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country. We do not cover these charges and are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

5. Tracking & Delivery Issues

If your order includes tracking, you’ll receive a tracking number via email once shipped.

Please allow a few days after dispatch for tracking info to update.

6. Delivery Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

7. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to delivery failure (e.g., wrong address, unclaimed), we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If something’s not right, please read below for our returns and exchange policy.

1. EU 14-Day Return Right

If you’re an EU customer, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason.

To qualify:

Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

You must notify us in writing (email) within 14 days of delivery.

You then have 14 more days to return the item.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety, we cannot accept returns on:

Opened or used tinctures, teas, or skincare products

Perishable or customized items

Gift cards or downloadable content

3. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to get a different product, please return the item (if eligible) and place a new order.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not liable for returns lost in transit.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.

If approved, refunds are issued within 14 days via your original payment method.

Shipping costs (original and return) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of:

The damaged item

The packaging (including shipping label)

We’ll arrange a replacement or refund, as appropriate.
