Our wild raspberry tincture is made from naturally growing Rubus idaeus plants harvested from forest edges and light woodlands, where the shrubs thrive in partial shade and nutrient-rich soils. We harvest the fresh young shoots, capturing the botanical vitality of these wild plants at an optimal stage. Extraction is performed with food-grade alcohol, producing a full-strength tincture of approximately 60% vol alcohol that preserves the natural composition and characteristics of the plant.
In traditional Baltic and Nordic folk medicine, raspberry shoots and leaves have long been recognized as a plant of renewal and strength. Locally, wild raspberry was gathered in spring time and linked to the cycles of growth and regeneration in the forest. Ethnobotanical records show the leaves and stems of wild raspberry being used in Lithuanian folk-medicine for a variety of purposes.
This tincture is handcrafted in small batches, honoring both the wild origin of the raw material and the traditional craft of botanical extraction.

Shake gently before use.
Dissolve 20–30 drops in approximately ¼ glass of water or tea.
